About the Job
To be considered, participants should: • Be 18 years of age or older • Reside in the state of Florida, and must be eligible to work in the United States • Have been smoke-free for at least six months • Have a personal, direct story about tobacco use and tobacco-related disease (your own or a loved one’s) • Be comfortable sharing their story publicly across video, digital, social, radio, and other media formats • Be available for filming and interviews during the production window, and potentially for additional promotional activities following production • Provide informed consent for participation • Be willing to provide a physician’s affidavit confirming their health condition is related to tobacco use
